About Balram
I have been working in the fitness field for 10 years. I have seen many fake uncertified trainers giving training in gyms, they do not even have any knowledge of workouts, they just make the members do portering in the name of exercise. And many myths related to workout have also been spread by them. My only effort is to ensure that my members exercise with correct knowledge, correct form and technique.
