About Marissa
I have worked in healthcare since 2017. I have worked in multiple settings including LTC, geriatric rehab and musculoskeletal care, and mental health. I am the nursing co-chair at my hospital where I help facilitate learning events for nurses on a variety of topics. I also regularly precept for nursing students at the end of their education, with a number going on to be hired at my hospital.

She’s really knowledgeable on a variety of topics and makes things make sense from a nurses perspective. Marissa helped me study for a healing and episodic test which really focused on diabetes, she made insulin make so much sense, and I’m confident I can identify early warning signs related to diabetes.
