About Deekshitha J

Let me tell you a little about myself. I recently completed my Master's degree in Business Analytics from Imperial College Business School in London. During my studies, I delved into subjects like statistics, optimization, and machine learning, which fueled my curiosity for understanding data and solving real-world problems. Before pursuing my Master's, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology. My academic journey equipped me with a diverse skill set, including calculus, chemical engineering, and programming languages like R and Python.
But beyond academics, I've had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience through internships and professional roles. From molecular biology research to business development and humanitarian initiatives, I've explored various domains and honed my problem-solving abilities.
What drives me to teach is the opportunity to inspire and empower young minds like yours. I believe in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where you can explore, question, and grow. Together, we'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery, learning, and personal development.

Each 1-hour lesson follows a structured format, dedicating 40 minutes to new concepts, 10 minutes to revision, and a 10-minute break for clarifications. With 3 years of tutoring experience and a Master's degree from Imperial College London in Business Analytics, I possess the expertise to effectively convey complex concepts to GCSE students. Tailoring my approach to the age group, level of understanding, and learning objectives of my students, I ensure that each session is engaging, informative, and conducive to effective learning, fostering an environment where students thrive and excel.
