About Emilia
Hi! My name is Emilia and I have taught Maths in a UK secondary school for the past 5 years. I have experience in all secondary age groups, as well as specific experience with students across a range of target grades - from students aiming for a 7+ to students undertaking GCSE resit papers. Maths should be accessible to all types of learners - there is always more than one way to approach maths and my aim is to support all students reach their goals.

Using significant expertise across all major UK exam boards, I am able to teach more than just content. For younger (KS3) students, I focus on covering core skills and building confidence across the national curriculum. For older students I have experience across all major UK exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR). This allows me to focus on specific exam content and personalise content for KS4 (GCSE) students so that they can benefit from filling key gaps and maximising progress. Lessons are typically 1 hour long and will take place via Google meet/Zoom.
