About Sahand
Hi! My name is Sahand and I am a PGCE qualified secondary school teacher, specialising in English and Humanities subjects.
I have been teaching in a variety of educational settings for over 8 years, and am committed to creating engaging, interesting and relevant lessons for all of my students.
I have taught students of all ages and cultural backgrounds and in a range of different countries, including Oman, Ireland, Qatar and Uzbekistan.
I have additional qualifications including a CELTA, as well as QTS, which have served to strengthen my teaching knowledge and methodology.
I am excited to be able to help my students achieve their personal goals!

I make every lesson engaging, relevant and tailored around each individual student. Materials are well planned and I endeavour to provide support in the key areas my students need more attention on.
I have taught students from all backgrounds, including 11-19 year old pupils and adults of all ages.
I have long experience tutoring privately, having started during university and continuing to tutor during the course of my teaching career.
I have taught in a variety of educational settings, from language colleges to secondary schools. I have taught in Oman, Ireland, Qatar and Uzbekistan.
My lessons are generally 1 hour.
