About Miguel
When I finished my university degree in Social Work I moved to Barcelona. Once in there, I started working as a support worker for people with disabilities. A couple of years later I got a job as a social worker for adults who were experiencing special needs. One day, I realised that wasn't able to speak English at all, and it started frustrating me very much. I tried to learn the language when I was still living in Spain, but I didn't feel I was improving. So one day I decided to move to Essex. Currently, I am working as an Activities Coordinator in a lovely nursing home, and I'd love to become a social worker soon. I recently finished my master's degree in Mediation and conflict resolution. Helping, teaching, listening, and adapting are skills that I like to keep improving every day in myself.

Levels of lessons: from children who need help with their school lessons to adults moving to Spain or another country where Spanish is the main language and would like to learn more about it. After three years of living in the UK, I am starting to become more fluent in English, however, I continue struggling with the language sometimes. So because I know how difficult to learn a foreign language is, and I understand how frustrating it can be, I always try to adapt the programme to every single student. I won't help you just to learn Spanish, I will try my best to make the journey interesting.
