I take a firmly pupil centered approach and spend the early exchanges getting to know your learning style. I will provide resources from week to week (homework tasks) which can form part of out sessions and use it to incorporate continual evaluation of improvements. I believe it it very important to try and build a respectful relationship throughout and incorporate an element of trust
