About Raja

I am a qualified Computer Science teacher with a degree in Computer Science and a PGCE in Secondary Computing. I have experience teaching students across KS3 and GCSE and supporting learners with different abilities and confidence levels.
I enjoy helping students understand difficult topics by breaking them down into clear, manageable steps. I teach both GCSE Computer Science and GCSE Maths, with a strong focus on building confidence, improving exam technique and helping students reach their target grades.

I offer personalised GCSE Computer Science and Maths tuition tailored to each student’s ability, confidence and target grade. My lessons are structured, supportive and focused on building strong understanding rather than simply memorising answers.
For Computer Science, I can support students with AQA and OCR GCSE topics, including Python programming, algorithms, data representation, computer systems and exam technique.
For Maths, I focus on identifying gaps in knowledge, breaking difficult topics into simple steps and developing confidence with exam-style questions.
Each lesson includes clear explanations, guided practice, independent questions and regular exam-style tasks. I also adapt my teaching for students who need extra support, including SEND and EAL learners, while still providing appropriate challenge.
