About Yaren
I have been dancing since I was very young. With the urge to express myself through dance, I perform the art of dance by getting professional training and put into action what I want to create and share in this way. I know that everyone has a certain way of moving, of dancing. I also think that everyone has something to tell through dance. For me, the way to do this is to establish a healthy relationship with the body, to act in a flow, accompanied and perhaps under the leadership of emotions, and to continue this. That's what I call dance :) We often experience freedom and a more honest and open relationship with the body, which causes modern dance to break away from classical ballet and continue its existence as a separate discipline. And today's contemporary dance includes individual feelings, sensations, ideas, in short, everything about human beings, allowing and even encouraging the different. We always keep the question and at the same time its integrative structure in our background.
I will be looking forward to guiding you and watching your dance in this field of research and movement :)
For those who have not experienced a similar lesson before; Before you come to class, I suggest that you put aside all your doubts and doubts and focus only on yourself and the good time you will have. I embrace you all with love. See you! :)

I conduct the lessons one-to-one and tailor the programs to the individual. Our first lesson starts with a general introduction. It is important both in terms of getting to know one's own body and for me to know the body in front of me and create the program. Every body is different from each other, lessons progress by considering this difference. Everyone can benefit from the classes: from a first-time mover to a student with a dance background...
The lesson always starts with stretching: the body is warmed up and ready to dance. Although it changes according to the content of that day, we will cover and follow in the lessons in general
improvisations with and without music, the relationship between breath and body, the movement of body parts and their harmonious use, choreographies built on these, modern dance technique, creative dance and dance creation.
