About Georgina
I am a friendly and enthusiastic maths teacher with experience in teaching and tutoring from Year 5 up to A-level. My qualifications include a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics from University of Oxford and BA Mathematics and Philosophy (2:1) from Cardiff University. I have previously taught in a top London prep school and a senior boarding school to successfully prepare children for exams including 11+ entrance examinations, 13+ common entrance, GCSE, IGCSE and A-level.

I have a passion for inspiring enjoyment of mathematics from a young age. I believe that success is achieved through a Growth Mindset and mathematics is best learnt through making mistakes and learning from them. I believe that this is especially important with the strong emphasis of problem solving in the new GCSE syllabus.
