About Chandlar
I help students get from where they are to where they want to be.
If you are stuck and don't know where to start I can help you get on the right track to being the player you want to be.
You will learn everything it takes to becoming the guitar player you've always dreamed of being.
My fundamental building block style approach will help you learn in a way that sticks with you forever.
I love the fact that I help others learn the thing that I am most passionate about. I love every part of music and I love seeing my students catch that fire and fall in love with music and guitar too. I want learning the guitar to be as enjoyable an experience as possible. You're taking lessons becuase you want to bring a fun and enjoyable passion into your life.
Why shouldn't the learning process also be fun?
I got started teaching when I realized that I love music and I love talking about how it works. I enjoy helping people learn the beautiful mechanics of music and sound.
I've been playing guitar for over 10 years. I've performed weekly for over 500 people. My fundamental building block style approach will help you learn in a way that sticks with you forever.

The first lesson is completely free and we will build out a growth path that will take you exactly where you want to go as a guitarist. We will spend the first few weeks learning the fundamentals and then we'll build on top of that. Not only will you know how to play guitar, you'll know how it works.
I've worked with absolute beginners and people who want to take their playing to the next level. I enjoy working with students of all ages.
If you're looking for a guitar teacher, look for a teacher that will:
• Build you a personalized program for you specifically.
(There's no one size fits all guitar lesson.)
• Teach you not only how to play, but how it all fits together.
(Plenty of guitarists know how to play chords, but not as many know how they all fit together and how they're made.)
• Who wants to see you grow and excel as a guitarist instead of wanting you to remain a student as long as possible.
(Many guitar teachers will drag out their lessons to make more money off of their students.)
I recently got to play a song at my friend's wedding while she walked down the ailse of her and it was a very fun and beautiful experience.

Details
My standard pricing is $25 for a half hour lesson and $40 for an hour lesson. Your intro lesson is free and we will build out a program catered to what you want out of the guitar.
