About Erel
I love playing and teaching guitar.
Been playing guitar since the early 1990's and teaching since 2010. Through the years have been playing and teaching various styles and genres including pop, rock, finger-style, rhythm, blues and others.
My teaching experience includes mostly beginner-level students who want to get a solid basis for guitar playing and get to a point where they enjoy playing quickly.
My approach combines practical skills with the required music theory to grow your playing skills. This means that we would work on projects (songs, riffs, etc.) which are tuned to your skill level and pull in the theory required to play it in full and evolve. Once the student achieves the level where they enjoy their playing they can become self-reliant and continue their growth through self-teaching and free online resources. My approach is to get you to a point that you don't need me to keep enjoying and growing your guitar playing skills.
