About Christopher
Honestly, this will be a first time experience. I can teach anyone to play bluegrass rhythm guitar by ear. I will use a bare bones approach to make sure you can learn bluegrass and country rhythm guitar, and will also teach some beginners solos upon request.
I have been playing guitar for 28 years and it has always been my passion. I want others to be able to enjoy this passion as well. I get to play with my church worship team, and I thank God for giving me the talent to play guitar just to do this alone.
No formal training. I am completely self taught.

About the lesson

First, I will explain some things about the guitar as an instrument itself just so the student will understand a little more about the instrument. Second, I will show the student how to tune the guitar. Finally, I will start the student with three basic chords, G,C and D. Once the student has progressed past these basic steps, I will begin to teach basic three chord songs.
