About Bruce
I have the most reasonable lesson prices in this area. I have a method of teaching that gets you playing well very quickly. Keyboards are used in later lessons so you learn piano too. I am self taught & have been playing over 40 years. I have done some Busking downtown too. You can do that too if you like. (After a few lessons of course) Everyone is welcome. Any age from 9 to 90 or so.
Guitars R Us Memphis is on the internet. A Facebook page too. Google me to see them.
Four plus decades of playing as a very serious hobby. I have played in band situations & with many different instruments.
I will teach you how to comfortably do this also if you want to.

First I find out if they know about the instrument itself, parts, tuning and such.
Then to chording the guitar with simple songs they would like to play themselves.
After they know chords then it's on to song structures. Here is where keyboards are learned & used. There is only 1 fingering pattern on a piano to make a C chord anywhere on the keys. Many different finger patterns on a guitar fretboard.
