About Amy
I am a University of Chicago graduate and certified reading specialist; I have been helping students improve their reading and writing, as well as their test scores, for the past four years. I have helped many students create excellent college applications and they have been accepted at Yale, UChicago, and the University of Michigan (early), and other selective schools.
As a certified K-12 teacher, I use my teaching experience to help younger students improve their reading comprehension and their writing. I work with a number of ELL students who speak fluently but struggle with writing. I put online activities on the personal webpages that I create for each student, so that they can work on their skills at home.
