About Brian
I love helping others achieve their academic and career goals. I have been tutoring for over a year at The University of Texas at Austin, working with college students to help them succeed in their math and science classes. As such, I have experience working with struggling students and I have always received feedback that I was extremely helpful and great at explaining concepts in a concise manner.
I got started teaching last year when I joined my university's Sanger Learning Center and began helping other college students achieve academic success in their classes. I want to give back to my fellow
I am currently a Petroleum Engineering major at The University of Texas at Austin. I also have minors in Data Science, Computational Science, Business, and Economics. I have taken over 103 credit hours of college courses, all while only still only a sophomore.

My typical process for working with a new student is to let them take the lead and address all of their concerns about the subject they are struggling with and then start at the bottom to build a strong foundation of the simlple concepts and start to work towards the hardest concepts to grasp.
I have worked with college and high schools from the Austin, TX area. All of the students I have worked with were typically struggling in their coursework and I was able to see that lack of understanding and explain concepts in the simplest way to make sure they understood it well.
