About Lena

Hi, I'm very passionate about math and excellent at simplifying math to my students. I have 5 years of experience tutoring students and I have a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. I have been helping students pass their SAT exams, have tutored college students and also helped middle school students with math. I am very patient as I know what it feels like to be a student. I am here to help so please reach out anytime.

I work as a Research Specialist and I love being able to solve complex problems and troubleshoot in the lab

I have 5 years of experience working with students of different ages and I have a degree in Biochemistry and molecular biology so I have taken a lot of math classes which I got A's in. I tutored during college and currently tutoring 15 students taking Algebra

About the lesson

I like to have a 20 minute talk with them to understand what they may be having issues with and to basically listen to what they would like to get out of this tutoring process. We then work together to come up with a plan to achieve the goals set.
