About Liza
I have over 5 years experience in tutoring children from age 5 to 16 in both group and one-to-one settings. As an English BA student, I specialise in English Literature, but I am also available to help students with Maths and Sciences up to GCSE level.

My priority is always a personalised approach - I work with each student to build up their individual strengths and target their weaknesses, giving special attention to their feedback and tailoring each session accordingly. Alongside academic content, it is important to me that I help a student be confident and motivated - I try my best to always keep a focused, but friendly and flexible attitude, to help cultivate a productive and comfortable learning environment. Where necessary, I set work to consolidate topics covered and specifically tailored questions to target problems or complications which I work through with the student in the following session.
