Coach Matlock has done a great job of creating a positive and effective learning environment. He breaks down a concept in a way, that is easy for students to understand during the lesson and continue to work on at home. His style allows athletes to open up and describe any challenges they are having in their own words. He then quickly prescribes the needed changes so the student can see immediate feedback. This helped our son see improvement right away and motivated him to work on the drills, Coach Matlock suggested, on his own. I can’t recommend Coach Matlock’s expertise enough.
