I love seeing my clients grow as athletes and people. Having that positive impact on their life is what I strive for.
I have been coaching and training for 15 years. I am the current Varsity DBs/LBs Coach and Co-Defensive Coordinator for 2019 State Champion, Corona Del Mar High School. I am also am the Head Freshman and 8th Grade Coach for the basketball team at CDM. I just finished my 11th season coaching for the school.
As an athlete I was the offensive player of the year for Los Alamitos High School in 2010 and played football and basketball throughout high school and graduated from Servite High School in 2014 winning a Trinity League championship in 2012.

Perfect! Ryan really knows his stuff from a receiver perspective. He was clearly a tough nosed player that understands all the tricks of the trade that just aren't taught properly in everyday football leagues.
Perfect! I have hired coach Ryan to train my daughter while we are visiting US during summer. He is an excellent coach, he knew exactly how to train a teen otherwise not that keen in working out. He made my daughter get back in pre-covid form again. We are very happy with coach Ryan and will hire him again when we visit here next time.

My 13 year old son has been playing basketball since he was 9 years old, a bit late. However he is small in size yet has the biggest hope to at least qualify to play high school basketball despite what he considers better and amazing players his age. Since meeting Coach Ryan, he humbly tells me "I'm scared mom, he's the real deal because he notices the little basic details from finger placement, body and ball position and he makes me work hard". Quarantine has a lot of middle school kids bored and down, add to it whatever else. Coach Ryan reminded my son to do the work despite what happens around you. So glad we have Coach Ryan, he is such a blessing already.
We only had 1 lesson however he is detailed even with little positions and if that's the case, I look forward to more of what he works on. Also, he uses every minute well and makes my 13 year old workout hard, during quarantine time when he has this once a week, this is well appreciated towards also decreasing depression and helping increase his stamina and motivation to work hard; it gives him a goal to get better or suffer :) Coach Ryan we are excited to work with you.
