warmup routine throwing medium speed toss off the mound primarily slow pitch fastballs and working their way to throwing faster until the student feels comfortable throwing at a faster speed.
pitching fundamentals with wind up routine of the individual and working with the students range of motion where the student is comfortable in their pitching motion and finding a good balance between the individual and lesson coach.
work on throwing different pitches including fastball, slider, change up, curveball(age appropriate) while developing target 🎯 spots to throw each pitch and bringing up situational pitching against batters as well as situational pitching with runners on base finishing with strong knowledge about situational pitching throughout the lesson at hand culminating with individual batter pitching and pitching with runners on base.
