Doug coached my son in travel ball this summer. In the short time he worked with my son I noticed a change in his approach to the game as well as how he grew as a young man off the field. I believe Doug’s work ethic had a large part in my sons growth this summer and I would highly recommend him to parent who wants there child to grow both on and off the field. An experience I’m sure this years travel team will always remember him.

I liked that Coach Doug did not sugarcoat anything. He is straight to the point, and gives clear directions. He is supportive and pushes athletes to their full potential. His energy is infectious and is a true leader. Overall, Coach Doug is a very good coach and understands the limits when coaching an player.

Coach Doug taught the fundamentals of baseball as well as the value of work ethic on the next level. He was also a lot of fun to work with and I learned a lot.

Doug was my assistant coach for our 16u team, he was the best assistant coach I have had since I started coaching 7 years ago. He was very helpful with organizing the team schedule and managing communication from coaches to players and coaches to parents. He was a fan favorite with the players and parents.

He also brought a very effective practice plans that help developed sports specific skills, team building , and overall great team atmosphere.

My son had the pleasure of playing for and learning from Doug this past summer (2021). He took over a team that in the fall was scattered and disorganized. From day 1, we knew it was going to be different. He was organized, ran excellent practices and demanded the best from my son and his teammates. I watched my son improve both on and off the field. My son left the summer both a better player and a better leader. Doug was always available before and after practice to work on things he had noted during the course of the season and I saw this both with my own son and with other kids on the team. His communication with myself and my son was second to none and I always heard back from him without delay. We are lucky to have had him this past season and would highly recommend him to anyone
