About Ben

Equipping students with relevant skills and tools to be a more effective athletes. We use technical and real sport tactics to teach. I have played baseball at the collegiate level and continued as an amateur for the last 10 years. I have a passion for functional fitness and nutrition to escalate your goals. Give us try!

I got started teaching back in college with volunteering at local youth baseball programs and have never looked back. I love the process of getting an athlete from point A to point C through B (Ben).

With my 20+ years of baseball and 10+ years of umpiring I have a specific eye for determining skill sets and setting realistic goals. I also have 4 years of experience in functional fitness as a competitor and have set up my own personal gym.

New students are the best! We find a baseline by going through fundamental drills while clearly communicating expectations. Once we have found a baseline for aptitude we then sit down with the student to create SMART goals.

I have worked with students ages 10 to 30 with baseball. I have worked with students age 18 to 60 with baseball umpiring and I have worked with training functional fitness with students age 4 to 65

You can tell in 15 minutes if a coaches style is going to work with yours. Try a few out, communicate your expectations, and do t be afraid to move on if it's not going to work.
