About Sharonn

I am a 32 year old female nurse with 5 years experience who graduated from UPMC Shadyside school of nursing in pittsburgh at the top 5% of my class with a 4.0 GPA. I have been an ICU Step Down Nurse since January 2012. I also have spent the last three years as a travel nurse in various states giving me exposure to various patient populations. I also have a bachlor's degree obtained from Coasta Carolina Universtiy in 2008. In addition I am certified in advanced cardiovascular life support as well as CPR for the healthcare provider.

About the lesson

First I will establish the areas they need help in. Then I will assess what type of learner they are and what has been most effective for them in the past. I then will set goals with the student in hopes to help achieve that goal by coming up with a plan together with the student.
