New students have to have the desire to work. That means they need to put their phones away, put down the XBox controller, and get to work. I watch them work. Watch their process, and then break down their form to improve their processes. Bad habits need to be stopped at a young age so catching them early and correcting them leads to better success.
Both boys and girls. Youngest age group was 3rd grade girls on a club team.
“You can practice shooting 8 hours a day, but if your technique is wrong, then all you become is very good at shooting the wrong way. Get the fundamentals down and the level of everything you do will rise.”
