About Coach
Hello Athletes & Parents!
My guys know me as Coach Jay!
I’m here to help you improve as an Athlete but as well as a person. I want to broaden your perspective on the game and make it open up for you.
With my 20 years of experience and skill set I’m able to build customized workouts and drills that will help you improve as a player.
You will see the game differently when you start to use your mind more and let the game come to you.
Lets stop waiting and get better today!
What I love most about what I do is seeing my drills being used into in game situations. (Turning Theory into Practice)
seeing my Students not only get better but have the confidence and courage to make moves and take shots when the game is on the line.
Theres a lot of knowledge in this head of mine and I’m ready to share !
So I'm still an Athlete. So I still get to play with the young and the old.
I see a lot of athletes but less and less "students of the game". Not many athletes really dig deep to see how they can improve individually which sometimes include unlearning bad habits. I'm going to break down your shot, favorite moves and show you areas that you can improve on and why.
