My service stand outs I bring the same good positive energy everyday. You will learn yet toi will also have fun, which equals to you getting better!
What I enjoy is the progress and the confidence built in each client as they see their own improvement. Most of all I'm passionate about the game, and I've been playing it my whole life, so I put my all in my job. As serious as you want to take it is as serious as I can push you! Progress is fun!!! I've been coaching and training for over 20 years now!
My love for the game and me having my own kids. Getting involve with what they do, people seen the success and I just started getting offers on to spend extra time with a kid next thing you know I started training and taking it more serious.
I've been playing ball all my life, made all tournaments team, all district. Been coaching and training youth for over 20 years now.

Learn them first, see how high their Basketball IQ is. Their weaknesses and their strengths. How much experience they have playing the game. Then I can begin to insert what I need to insert to improve their game as a player.
I've worked with majority of my kids ages 9-16. Ive been fortunate to have some good kids who want to get better
Make sure they not only love the game but also know like their DNA lol....
No specific event, just all the tournaments I've been to, to see the kids I work with have success in a game.
