I train players in concepts and theories. All skills learned are drills players can incorporate in their workouts. My trainings are not the same each time. My process is getting to know my player on the first session. Where is their skill level? How personable is my student? How hard do they work? What is their IQ like? Then i know where to start and how to develop each player. Players are all different so engaging my player is important .
