About Grimes
I am passionate to teach the game of basketball with its structure of technique, along with fundamentals.
Ensuring a vast improvement of reads during game like situations.
I have been very fortunante to have a couple years of experience playing professionally out in Mexico. It was a grand experience witnessing the great traditional Latino heritage. I have starterd games and i have also came off the bench. Basketball predominately mental performance has given me a way to construct the game postively in different settings.
Competing is always a healthy way to show heart and purpose for what you enjoy doing along with pursuing in lfe.
I enjoy seeing progression towards the craft. The hard work that is getting applied. Along with the discipline to focus day in day out to reaching greatness.
Teaching was introducted to me while I was working on perfecting my own craft in the sport.
Aside from being on the varsity basketball team at Garden Grove High School since freshman year, I also played at a junior college for two years and transferred to a four-year division 2. This experience gave me the honor to play professionally in Mexico for a few years.

Building the fundamental skillset from the ground up, pacing the progession, and working towards maintaining consistency within basketball.
I have worked with kids in elementary school through junior high, as well as college students.
Make sure to teach the fundamental principles of basketball and also build the confidence within the player.
I had the privilege of playing on a team in the Venice Beach Basketball league and helped win a championship in 2019.
