About Preston & Breiana
Two trainers who work together to balance out specific training skills and weight training, to push you to new levels, and functioning exercises to keep you at your healthiest.
Preston has been dedicated to the sport of basketball and weight training for years, with little help, he was always self disciplined, going into school early and staying late to practice on his own. He then went to school for personal training in Texas, where he learned how to help a client gain muscle and push themselves. When he moved to Colorado, he helped train many high school students purely out of love for the sport, helping a 5'3" 15 year old be able to play with people twice his age and height, with precision and teamwork. Preston brings the skills training and harder weight training to the program.
Breiana grew up playing multiple sports, from softball, volleyball, to making state all four years for swim. Receiving her Personal Training certificate through ACE when living in Colorado, Breiana then taught many different classes and worked with many different ages from a 16 year old girl wanting to improve for her taekwondo, to 20 to 80 year olds simply wanting to get healthier. Breiana's focus is more on function, through weight & body weight training, TRX, and yoga.
Both coming from a background of religiously playing sports for mental and physical health, we both understand the importance of having a good coach behind you when wanting to become the best, and what a disadvantage you are at when you do not have that support.
We would love to provide exactly that for the upcoming generation. Giving them the tools needed to become their best.
