About Janelle
Cannon Elite Training (cannonelite.com) was founded 2022 by Owner/CEO Janelle Cannon. We specialize in developing individualized plans and group workouts for basketball players, to help them reach their full potential. A little bit about me; I have over 20 years of playing and training experience. Aside from training, I also coach AAU on the Nike EYBL circuit.
As a player I was 3-year Varsity Starter, placing 3rd in state my junior year, a member of All-Area, All-State, All-ESPN teams, 1,000 point scorer (High school/College).
I work with athletes 5th grade and older, offering one - on - one training as an option, and small group training. For small group training sessions we have between 3-10 athletes max. Small group training option is preferred due to rising gym costs and it provides the athletes a chance to compete against each other.
