About Derrick
I train basketball players on the Art Of Shooting & Player Development. I tailor each session to the athletes strengths and weaknesses, my training isn't just standard for all athletes across the board. I set goals for the athlete and we work to achieve them. Along with tailoring the training, I also do film study and break down real gametime situations. My training also comes with strength and conditioning for better improve each players abilities.
I've been a basketball enthusiast since my early childhood. I've been coaching and training for 6+ years now and I love to see players grow to become a better version of themselves. I got my start training college players during summer breaks in 2012.
I have been Coaching & Training basketball players for 6 years, from youth to College players. I am a former Div 1 athlete and coach who takes pride in not only teaching the game, but also, preparing them for the next level. Along with training and coaching, I have also been reffing in the DFW metroplex for 7 years so I'm able to provide a deeper look into the game.
