About Mark
Training is suppose to be fun and enjoyable! With Heartwork Training, we will have a lot of fun while learning. The best way to learn something is my opinion is to enjoy what you are doing first off!
Although Heartwork is basketball training, we like to teach life skills as well through basketball. For example, everyone will be held accountable just like you would be on a job. "If you are on time, you are late". Being Discipline is basketball, can and will help you throughout your life. So we not only teach basketball but like to help athletes and future athletes the importance of discipline.
I have been training since 2014. Two former teammates and I started this program in Shreveport Louisiana. After going through kidney failure and basketball being put on hold for me. I was able to stay around the game by giving the knowledge of the game to the younger generation and athletes around the world!

I love to start from the basics and fundamentals. We tend to forget that the fundamentals got the skills athletes to were the are today. Taking the time to correct the details for the beginning is keys to sucess.
