About New
I’m New Williams, a professional basketball player, trainer, and student of the game. Basketball is my life, and helping the next generation grow through it is my purpose. I want to see kids win. I’m committed to giving them the right information, motivation, and structure to reach their goals. My training is built on real experience that translates in games, not just drills that look good. I currently play overseas in one of the top leagues in Turkey, and I bring that high-level knowledge and intensity into every session. With a degree in philosophy, I teach the game with intention and structure, helping players understand the foundation so they can execute with confidence. I’ve trained at the highest level, with G League experience and a recent workout with the Los Angeles Lakers, which gives my clients the added benefit of learning from someone who truly knows what it takes to make it.
I've always been a leader of my teams and a person people have come to for advice and knowledge so it only felt right to give back to people looking to get some extra work in during these tough times where quality work isn't as accessible as we like it to be.
I have been playing organized basketball since a small child and have NBA experience. Currently playing and going back to the NBA next year. When I leave to go play my program will be taken over by high level trainers I trust to carry out my program as I would. The reason I dont have them just do it now is because I take pride in having a personal hand on players development.

The typical process is a generic workout to start covering all parts of the game to get a feel of what we need to focus on. Then I create a program designed for the specific players needs.

My standard pricing is 75 dollars per session. I can also do monthly and weekly prices where the overall price will come down. For instance 1 week (5 days) is 300 1 month (20 days) is 1000 which is less over all than 75 per. Weekends are open by request. And any other more personal request are also welcome
