For new clients, lessons will begin with a 15 minute evaluation. This includes various shooting drills (lay-ups, dunks, free throw line, three pointers, off the dribble, catch and shoot), dribbling drills (left hand, right hand, both hands, crossovers, behind the back, ECT.) passing drills, and defensive drills (shuffles, double teams, ext. Questions will also be asked during these drills Questions will very depending on experience. For example Athlete may be asked "What leg do you jump off of when shooting a left handed lay-up?" More experienced players may be asked " You get the ball on the right block in the post, you go to drop step, what foot do you move first?" Not only do these questions help Athletes learn, buy it also helps them with quick decision making and playing under pressure.
