About T Dorje
Harakati Movement Studios is a high vibrational healing arts studio located in the Mid Wilshire neighborhood of Los Angeles approximately one mile from LACMA. We offer olympic archery lessons for beginners and referral services for advanced students. We also offer basketball training for intermediate and advanced athletes as well as yoga and 3 day warrior training packages.
I enjoy sharing knowledge that I have acquired through mindfulness and discipline. Self motivated students that enjoy challenging themselves do best with me.
I am a certified yoga instructor, a Level 1 Certified Olympic Archery Coach, and also a Division 1 Level Basketball Athlete.

I first conduct an interview to assess skill levels and desired outcomes.
I work with students of all ages and skill levels
Hire a teacher that resonates with the standards that you have set for yourself. All accomplishments are based on the Law of Large numbers so make sure that your teacher has a plan to increase the number of attempts toward success at any skill or sport you are dedicating to master.

2. Write down your goals as it relates to proficiency in whatever you are seeking a teacher for.
3. Ask teacher how they will help you accomplish your goals and hold you accountable to exercises and drills that will move you closer to your goal.
