About Shantay
Preparation Perseverance Promise
I offer a different perspective when it comes to skills training. I don't just teach the skill, I teach the life to obtain the skill. I want to develop a person in all respect all aspects of their life to be able to handle the pressure. I want those that I teach to be able to have peace in the midst of chaos.
I listen to my students as a coach it's great to have a plan but it's even better to help to be able to adapt and plan. Overall I teach basketball skills, football skills, life skills, and mentorship. I also am a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach as well as an ordained minister. So if you're is to start a journey where you begin to find Who You are and what you're capable of this is the coach for you!
