junior high players
high school players

When you do find someone after the first session
Are you comfortable with the coach?
Are they upfront and honest with you NO SUGARCOATNG IT not telling you what you want to hear?
Are they coming to your games to watch you to see what you need to work on the next time you train?
Are they listening to you about what you want to work on?
I had a kid who played high school a sophomore and didn't make the team
We trained together he got himself into shape
Trained hard on everything and made the team the next time
So proud of him
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
They should ask their selfs what they think their strengths are and weaknesses are and write them down to have for the coach to look at when they are practicing
And important too the player needs to ask himself or herself will I put forth the effort to get better because it’s hard if it wasn’t everybody would be able to do it

Perfect! I love how he’s very structured with my daughter and pushes her. I know that after all the sessions, she will be stronger and better at basketball.
Perfect! Coach Paul was awesome! I love the honesty and the bluntness about the things my son needs to work on! He is truly looking out for these kids further! Thank you again!
Perfect! Coach Paul has been a great coach, mentor and trainer for my son. I found Paul with the interest of finding my son a coach that would inspire him to be a better player both mentally and physically. I appreciate Paul's flexibility with practices. That is priceless. Whether it is a 6:00 a.m. or a 6:00 p.m. practice, Paul works with us to make things happen. Thank you for the dedication Paul to my son and for what you do.
Perfect! He’ll ask you what your strengths and weaknesses are and make a plan for you. He’s a great coach and really wants to help me perform better.
Perfect! Great Coach
Perfect! He is a very skilled and helpful coach. He puts my best interest in trading and helps me become better at what I want to achieve. I would highly recommend him to train others who have the same desire to become a better player!
