About Miles
I am a coach/trainer, meaing I provide services for strength & conditioning and at the same time can coach you up in your various sport. I do basketball training too.
I see the clients development physically and through the coaching I provide on a consistent basis.
I was a college coach for over 20 years and and a strength & conditioning coach for over 15 years on the collegiate level. And I owned my business :Coach Brandon's Training & Deveopment
