I focus on ISO play, fundamentals and in game situations that'll prepare someone for any challenge! I'm a new trainer but I've always had a love for the game and also love to teach! I usually train people at the uptown ywca! So if we schedule a training you will have to meet me there! We will be performing drills and lifting weights every session to prepare you for the next level! Im usually on Instagram (cbone_23) thats where ypull be able to contact me! $30 a week and 3 days of those weeks.
I enjoy seeing people get better! I want everyone to dominate their opponents mentality and physically!
