About Joseph
You are going to get every bit of knowledge and attention I have. A coach that will be there to answer questions and concerns during and outside of sessions. If I don't have a great answer I'll reach out to my network of coaches and past colleagues to find one.
I enjoy watching the process of students setting a goal and working hard to achieve it. Being there along the way to guide and support them provides me with satisfaction and the passion to see it happen again with other students.
Both of my parents were educators and my father a Athletic coach of over 30 years in a combination of High School and College level teams. I was a 5 sport athlete in High School and D1 Athlete in College. I have coached All levels and primarily focused on High School aged students. 4 years Varsity Boys Head Coach, while giving time to the Girl's Basketball Program as well. Also, I have served as a Multi-Sport Summer Camp Director.

I’ve known stew for a while now and we’ve grown to have a great relationship. He started off as my athletic director at my school. The more time we spent together, the closer we got. I recommend stew because he isn’t just a trainer, he cares about who he works with and wants you to do the best you can. He’s a great help and will be with you every step of the way.
Everything. He’s an amazing coach. He’s tough, he offers words of encouragement, and he lets you know when you’re doing a great job. He never lets you give up on yourself, he wants you to be the best version of you, that you can be.
he’s definitely a great help. he’s given me great tips for my workouts and made sure that i do it right.
