About Nik
Hello, my name is Nik henson, I am a basketball and fitness coach. I played college basketball at the junior college and D3 level. I graduated with a bachelor’s in Athletic training with a background in exercise science. I have been coaching basketball since 2021 and training since 2020. I have experience training middle school to pro level athletes. With my fitness training I specialize in body transformation, knee rehab, and vertical jump training.
I played college basketball and I graduated with a bachelors in Athletic Training and ISSA certified Strength and Conditioning specialist
