Gibby was very patient and willing to work with you regardless of your skill level and ensured his time with every player was thorough. Because of his passion for baseball, he sparked a fire in his players to want to improve at every practice and every game. There was always room for improvement for him and he provided the coaching and support to help you achieve your next level. This combined with his seasoned knowledge for the game made him an excellent coach. I will always remember the season I played with him as my coach, as my all-time favorite in high school. He not only made us a better team, he made us a family.

I really enjoyed working with Mr.Gibson and felt like I really grew this past season. He would work one on one with me and this really helped me focus on what I had to fix and how to improve my shooting and ball handling overall.

Gibby always helped me when I needed it and did not get mad. I went through a hard stage where nothing would fall and I could not figure out why and how to fix it but Gibby helped me and in a quick amount of time my shots were starting to fall again. He always stayed patient with me and never gave up.
