About William
I'm a former Division-1 collegiate athlete. I've been coaching and training for about 17 years. Sevice is based of focus, discipline to the craft and fundamentals. Service stands out because it is about the kids, helping the kids hit their potential and even more of the goals they set. I'm here be an motivator and influencer
I enjoy to see the student-athlete grow with skill sets, mentally and physically. Once they get to the point where they can visualize the time and effort they put in shows, clicks, that their hard work is paying off, that's what drives me.
Started while I was playing ball in college. I would have to visit a a school one a week and play with the kids and be a mentor. One day, a student asked me could I train him in basketball and I've been doing it every since then.
I'm an former collegiate athlete at Division 1 level. I had been coaching and training for up to 15 years now! I have helped over 40 former players to reach their goal in playing collegiately or professionally.

I usually go through a quick session up to 20 minutes to access where student is at skill wise and provide feedback
I have worked with students who have been very skilled, playing for a few years and I have also worked with students who have just started. They key is to learn that all student-athletes learn at a student pace and to have patience.
I would advise to believe in themselves, to know what they are looking for in a teacher. If any way possible, do research on the teacher and ask questions.
Last year in the 2018 NBA D-league draft I saw my first player getting selected but before that I got to see pictures of him graduating from college with his diploma. That is one thing I will cherish.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Is this teacher going to best for what I'm asking for?
Is the teacher willing to be open my thoughts?
Are we getting along?
Will teacher push me to my full potential?
