About Coach Rico
As a former collegiate and professional athlete, we have the duty to pass on and share the knowledge, experience, we’ve gained to achieve high goals. With outstanding motivation and ground breaking game simulation training, speed, agility, strength & endurance, Our training is above the competition. Every sport is movement, balance, & quickness. We make sure our athletes are ready mentally & physically to achieve their goals.

The most gratifying part of my job is to see a young athlete evolve with passion and purpose. The achievements are almost guaranteed with consistency and hunger.
15 years of high level athletic competition. Attended the University Of Memphis. Majored in Physical Education. Played prefessionally in the CFL. After a series of career ending injuries, I devoted my time to help young athletes better prepare their bodies and minds to compete and endure at the highest level attainable.
