About Taliib
My name is Taliib Meyers (Coach Meyers) and I coach the Southwest ISD Middle/High School Proskills teams. I’m from Fort Worth, TX. I’ve been playing basketball for nearly 20 years. I’ve played 3.5 years of Varsity 6A basketball in Texas, as well been apart of the practice squad at Baylor University for the 2019 and 2020 Women’s and Men’s Basketball teams during both teams championship runs.
I specialize mainly in overall isolation scoring and teaching you how to have high level selfish skillsets with an unselfish mindset. I teach how to shoot and dribble through feeling rather than sight, and raise your level in each category to help you find your personality in your game! I also teach defensive concepts and techniques to improve on -ball guarding. I was defensive player of the year for my team twice and defensive player of the year finalists for my region.
Let’s have fun and be productive all at the same time! All you need to bring is a basketball and 100% EFFORT!
