About Jaffee
Welcome! I have 10 years + of playing experience and have been a student of the game for longer. I went to school where I got a focus on Somatic Psychology. This is the science of the mind body connection. I use my knowledge from Somatic Psychology and of the game to support players in tapping into the highest performance. We work with the whole player to remove any mental blockages for optimal physical results. We really break down how to read your opponent and to be the best at using their strengths against them.
We teach the art of a pregame ritual to get in the zone mentally which supports your body showing up fully.
We’ll balance physical works that work with strength, conditioning and skill.
You’ll walk away with a level of full body confidence that will show up in your game
