BEGINNER: instruct proper footwork, punches, and punch combinations. All work is done through focusing on technique.
ADVANCED: I'll work on technique and make your striking better than what it is right now. I can also get you ready for a competition if that's what you want to work on.

We can come to you or train at our gym. If training at our gym the rates are $40 a session with a purchase of 4 or more. If we come to you it's $60 per session. Couple and group discounts available.
