About Bakr
My name is Bakr Ali Shehadeh and I am a certified Team USA Boxing Coach providing boxing services to the local Bay Area. I currently instruct Boxing & Fitness classes at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness Gym in Palo Alto. I specialize in fitness programs that use boxing-inspired exercises at a high-intensity pace—combining cardio, strength, plyometrics & of course...boxing! We learn new combos daily and build on those combos each lesson. With 10 years of experience in boxing & 3 years coaching boxing. I have worked with clients of all ages and have specialized in youth programs & senior programs.
