About Mark
I've boxed combined as an amateur and professional for over 22 years. You may only be looking to get in shape, however I give both cardio and function in what I teach. Your goal may not ever be to compete, but you will have the ability if you apply yourself with time and effort. I have a career and do this to keep myself in shape and I love what boxing does to the person physically and mentally.
In the gym with other boxers growing in their trade.
